Ruby graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2015 having completed a Bachelor of Commerce in 2013. Ruby was admitted as a lawyer in Western Australia in July 2017.

Ruby commenced employment with Steinepreis Paganin in October 2018 and was appointed as an Associate on 1 January 2021.

Ruby’s experience includes capital raisings, ASX listings, commercial drafting, acquisitions and disposals, shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements, conducting due diligence investigations and the provision of advice in relation to Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance.
