As announced on 25 February 2025, Steinepreis Paganin is acting for Black Cat Syndicate Limited on its acquisition of the Lakewood gold processing facility in Kalgoorlie from Westgold Resources Limited through an acquisition of 100% of the shares in Karora (Lakewood) Pty Ltd.
