Steinepreis Paganin is pleased to have acted for ASX-listed K2fly Limited on its sale to Argyle Bidco Pty Ltd, a company ultimately controlled by US-based Accel-KKR Capital Partners, VII, LP, via a scheme of arrangement between K2fly and its shareholders.

Partner Toby Hicks guided K2fly through the transaction that commenced with a strategic review and ended with a negotiated acquisition, which was approved by the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 16 September 2024 and formally implemented on 27 September 2024.

We are pleased to have been able to work with the K2fly Board ana management team on this transaction, and proud that our team has managed to complete the transaction ahead of the original designated timetable and with a minimum of fuss.
