Ben is a Partner in our Perth office.

Ben has extensive experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including equity capital markets (IPOs, backdoor listings and secondary offerings), mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, ASX compliance, shareholder meetings, governance and general commercial strategy. He also has significant expertise in the mining and resources sector, advising on project acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, farm-in arrangements, royalty agreements and the preparation of title reports.

Ben joined the firm as a Law Graduate in February 2015 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Investment Finance and Corporate Finance) at The University of Western Australia. He was admitted to practice in December 2015 and was appointed as a Partner on 1 July 2025. Outside of practice, Ben was previously a development player with the Perth Wildcats in the National Basketball League (NBL) and competed in the WA State Basketball League (now NBL1 West) for over a decade with the Perry Lakes Hawks.
