Joe graduated from The University of Notre Dame Fremantle with a Bachelor of Arts (Politics and Journalism) and a Bachelor of Laws in 2022. He commenced employment as a Law Graduate with Steinepreis Paganin in February 2023 and was admitted as a Lawyer in Western Australia in December 2023.
