Leon graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) with First Class Honours and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing Science (Dean's Commendation List) in 2023. Leon commenced employment as a Law Clerk with Steinepreis Paganin in November 2022, and later as a Law Graduate in February 2024 and was admitted as a Lawyer in Victoria in November 2024.
